I am a new home owner in this competative market. If you want the best call Alice Madsen, for all your relastate needs. Yes, I sound like a commercial (lol), however, I was supper impressed with the quality of work and the devotion of Alice to helping me find my forever home. We received our lease renewal and the price was outrageous for how the apartment looked. Pretty much everything was breaking constantly and they were about to charge us 1800 a month. This was the deciding factor for us to start looking for something permenant. I called Alice up told her what I was looking for and if it was dooable for the short amaunt of time we had knowing the process of buying a home may take longer as it is not a buyers market. She was supper exited and that same day started sending me properties to look at. Once we found our forever home, Alice had to work with minimal communication and unaccommodating realtor selling the place we bought. She was a real trooper, she had to go on a wild goose chase to find me the hoa application and even personally delivered the hoa application and fee to the management of the townhome to Tampa. Alice Madsen going above and beyond for her clients, you will not get the care and attention from most realtors out there as with Alice.

Several life changes created a situation where I was in need of home to rent and had no clue where to start.
